Cardiopulmonary resuscitation in infants
This is a situation that no parent in the world, or anyone else, wants to come across in their lifetime: witnessing a baby’s heart attack or heart trouble and having to make the right choices to save the baby’s life. Yet, in a context where household accidents continue to be the leading cause of mortality in young children, knowing what actions are most effective and not hesitating is crucial. By completing first aid training, you will have the opportunity to learn the different resuscitation methods and practise the right actions on a baby dummy. In this video you will learn how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation on an infant under one year of age.
